Holiday destination
The residence is immersed in a large and quiet green park with olive trees where there is the wonderful natural style swimming pool, shared with only two other apartments, that will allow you to spend wonderful holidays in tranquility and absolute relaxation, with the advantage of being in an easily accessible and strategically located place to visit the beauties of Lake Garda, which is only about 2 km away.
Getting there
Bed sheets and towels are included in your reservation, you will have a set for each person booking.
All the guests must present themselves with a valid identity document at the time of check-in to carry out the registration of obligatory practices by law .
On arrival, you will be asked to payment the deposit for an amount equal to € 300 in cash which will be returned on the day of check out in the absence of any damage to the property.
The keys will be delivered exclusively at our office in Via Barcuzzi, 41 in Lonato del Garda - 25017 Brescia during the scheduled check-in time from 16:00 to 19:30. Check out will take place from 8:00 to 10:00.Check in 16,00 - 19,00

The garden is huge and very well maintained,
the complex is completely new, there is nothing negative!

We were the first guests, so everything was brand new. Errors in the equipment (e.g. pots not suitable for induction or cables not yet opened) were rectified within an hour (maximum). WLAN works perfectly with 40 or more MBits. The location is very quiet, there is very little traffic and none at all at night. However, it is not recommended without a car. Fabrizio always helped with everything, gave every tip you needed and always responded in less than an hour, usually much faster. We will definitely be back.
