Casa los Moros, located in the greenery, has a fresh and modern interior and has a beautiful view of the surroundings from the large balcony. The naja with large dining table invites you to enjoy your breakfast, lunch or dinner together for hours, interspersed with a dip in the adjacent swimming pool. With family or friends on holiday, this is a very suitable holiday home for a successful stay on the Costa Blanca!
Layout of the casa
Via the stairs you reach the spacious terrace of the upper floor and you enter the spacious holiday home through the French doors. The open kitchen is equipped with all necessary equipment such as a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave and Nespresso machine. There is a 4-person dining area. The living room has a sitting area with Dutch TV, fireplace and music system. Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with a double bed (180x200cm) and ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet. Bedroom 2: also has a double bed (180x200cm) Bedroom 3: has 2 x a single bed (90x200cm). There is one separate bathroom with a bath, shower and toilet. The bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans. The spacious balcony has a seating and dining area.
The ground floor: From the naja you enter the kitchen of the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with a 3-burner hob, fridge-freezer and Nespresso machine. There is a 4-person dining area. Bedroom 4: has a double bed (180x200) and ensuite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Bedroom 5: has a double bed (160x200) and is equipped with shower, sink and toilet. The bedrooms are air-conditioned.
Private outdoors
The spacious naja is a nice place for the whole family, whether you want to relax on the lounge sofa, play a game at the table or just read a book in the shade, it's all possible. There is a separate toilet with shower. To the right of the naja is the garden with a roof where there is a lounge set. If you don't want to eat out, you can also use the gas BBQ. Around the kidney-shaped swimming pool (approximately 7x4 m and 1.80 deep) there are 8 sunbeds. There is a carport suitable for 1 car, other cars can be parked on the road.
Practical information
In the period from July to August we use a fixed arrival and departure day on Saturday.
In the other months, arrival and departure is allowed on any day of the week, however your booking must be in line with previous/subsequent bookings and otherwise there must be a minimum of 7 nights between bookings.
Casa Los Moros is also a very pleasant holiday home for up to 6 people, which is why you can book at a reduced rate outside the high season (high season is July & August). The prices in the table are for 6 persons, from 7 people a surcharge applies. When booking for up to 6 people, the ground floor remains closed.
There are 5 bedrooms, but use of the holiday home with 10 people is on request.
We recommend renting a car at this destination.

A security deposit for Casa Los Moros is applied of € 400,-. The deposit is paid via a secure payment link that you will receive by email before arrival. The amount will be reserved on your credit card but not debited (if no damage is found). This deposit does not affect your credit card limit. The deposit can only be paid by credit card. The reservation on your card will be max. 21 days.
A stay in the wintermonths November to April is possible upon request for a maximum of eight weeks.

Casa los Moros is centrally located in Moraira within a short distance from the beautiful bay of El Portet. We do recommend to rent or use a car during your stay in this casa. The location is also ideal for a day trip to Valencia or Alicante. There is plenty to do and see in the area.
When you arrive at the villa, you will be personally checked in by our local representative. All the contact information and arrival information will be sent to you a few weeks before your arrival date.

Unless the published accommodation on the website of Casita Travel states other conditions under the heading Booking conditions or unless otherwise agreed in writing, the client owes the following immediately due and payable amounts in the event of cancellation of the agreement:
a. Cancellation up to the 42nd day before departure: the full down payment; i.e. 30% of the basic travel sum plus 100% of the flight price and cancellation insurance
b. Cancellation from the 42nd day (inclusive) up to the 29th day before departure: 60% of the basic travel sum plus 100% of the flight price and cancellation insurance
c. In case of cancellation from the 28th day (inclusive) before departure or later: the entire travel sum as well as the amounts already invoiced as referred to in Article 4 (4).
When a booking is done a down payment must be made that is equal to 30% of the total agreed amount, the rest of the amount must be in Casita Travel's possession no later than six weeks before the day of departure.
If the booking is concluded within six weeks before the day of departure, the entire travel sum must be paid immediately.
