The holiday home is over 100 years old, tastefully furnished .
Sleeps 2 - 4/5 people, completely modernized, with every comfort. The house has three levels and is heated with gas and wood.
Ground floor: A rustic living and dining room with fireplace, a fully equipped small kitchen, a covered veranda for breakfast, a bathroom with bathtub, jacuzzi and shower.
1st floor: Bedroom withlarge king-size bed (200 cm x 200 cm), wardrobe, chest of drawers, safe and TV.
2nd floor: Combined living/ bedroom room with 2 single beds, TV corner, stereo, and writing desk complete the room.

The holiday home is located on sunny slope at 500 m above sea level in the medieval part of the small village of Casan (250 inhabitants) at the foot of the Dolada mountain.
Casan is surrounded by the magnificent Dolomites nature reserve. The nearest larger town is Belluno (8 km). We are 80 km north of Venice, 60 km south of Cortina d’Ampezzo (well-known international ski resort).
