Booking conditions
The total amount of the booking can be paid immediately or in 2 installments:
1st installment: 30% immediately by credit card or bank transfer within 2 days of booking
2nd installment: 70% of the remaining amount by credit card or bank transfer no later than 35 days before arrival.
The booking can only be canceled in writing.
For cancellations up to 30 days before arrival, 30 of the total amount of the booking will be charged.
For cancellations made within 29 days before arrival, 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.

During your stay, you can take advantage of the villa's concierge services, including a private chef, chauffeur, massages, yoga classes in the villa or in the garden, and bicycle, boat and sailboat rentals. If you want to explore the local amenities, the village of Brtonigla is famous for its vineyards and olive oil. Visit one of the family wineries or taverns for a tasting - it will enrich your day.
