Booking conditions
The total amount of the booking can be paid immediately or in 2 installments:
1st installment: 30% immediately by credit card or bank transfer within 2 days of booking
2nd installment: 70% of the remaining amount by credit card or bank transfer no later than 35 days before arrival.
The booking can only be canceled in writing.
For cancellations up to 30 days before arrival, 30 of the total amount of the booking will be charged.
For cancellations made within 29 days before arrival, 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.

Leider war von Erholung keine Spur. Die Villa ist ein Traum aber die permanent bellenden Hunde (2 Collies) im Nachbarhaus und auch hinter dem Haus ( in einem schrecklichen 'Zwinger' eingesperrt) sind eine Zumutung! Das ging Tag und Nacht so.....Wir sind sogar einen Tag früher abgereist! Die Besitzerin der Villa wusste anscheinend von diesem Problem und zuckte nur mit den Achseln als wir sie informierten. Sie entschuldigte sich zwar, aber solange dieses Problem besteht, kann man diese Villa nicht weiterempfehlen. Leider.
