Booking conditions The total amount of the booking can be paid immediately or in 2 installments: 1st installment: 30% immediately by credit card or bank transfer within 2 days of booking 2nd installment: 70% of the remaining amount by credit card or bank transfer no later than 35 days before arrival. The booking can only be canceled in writing. For cancellations up to 30 days before arrival, 30 of the total amount of the booking will be charged. For cancellations made within 29 days before arrival, 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.

Villa Casa Mendula is ideally located - in the heart of Istria and yet close to all major towns. You can reach Pazin in just 15 minutes by car and the first coastal town, Poreč, in about 20 minutes. If you head inland towards Pazin, you will come across numerous natural beauties. One of them is Lake Butoniga - the largest lake in Istria. When you get there, you'll feel like you're in Austria, but don't let the scenery fool you - you're in Croatia.
