Booking conditions
The total amount of the booking can be paid immediately or in 2 installments:
1st installment: 30% immediately by credit card or bank transfer within 2 days of booking
2nd installment: 70% of the remaining amount by credit card or bank transfer no later than 35 days before arrival.
The booking can only be canceled in writing.
For cancellations up to 30 days before arrival, 30 of the total amount of the booking will be charged.
For cancellations made within 29 days before arrival, 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.

If you like cycling, you can explore the roads and paths around Nova Vas, while speleologists can visit Baredine Cave. Explore this cave along a 300m long path that ends in an underground lake and if you're lucky you might even see an olm, a species endemic to the area. With 224 m² of luxurious interiors, an impressive garden with swimming pool and its own wellness area, it will be your new destination for the holiday you have always wanted.

During your stay at the villa, we recommend that you explore the autochthonous charms of the Istrian region. If you like cycling, you can explore the roads and trails around Nova Vas, while cave explorers can visit the Baredine Cave. Explore this cave on a 300-meter long path that ends in an underground lake, and if you're lucky, you might even see an olm, a species endemic to the area. If you fancy a trip to one of the coastal towns, Porec is only 15 minutes away by car. Here you can explore the old town and visit the 6th century Euphrasian Basilica. Then drive to picturesque Motovun and enjoy traditional Istrian cuisine in one of the many taverns.
