A cancellation by the tenant must be made in writing. In the event of a cancellation, the tenant owes the following amounts:
• 50% of the rental price (including additional costs) up to 30 days before the start of the rental period.
• 100% of the rental price (including additional costs) from 30 days before the start of the rental period.

Holiday destination
In the surrounding area, there's plenty to do as well; a bicycle rental is within walking distance. Visit cultural places like Middelburg or Veere, take a beach stroll to Vlissingen or Zoutelande, or catch the ferry to the "other side." Throughout the season, various events take place everywhere, and weekly and tourist markets are organized in different villages and towns. In short, there's something for everyone... Additionally, you will find various brochures in the holiday home.
Getting there
You can park 1 car (license plate must be provided in advance!!) for free at:
Ferienbauernhof Jobse, Galgeweg 4, 4371 PE Koudekerke.
From your parking spot, head towards the dunes, cross the dunes, and go down the stairs at the Strandpavillon Piet Hein, then turn right over the planks to beach house 168.
Bicycles can be rented nearby and it's about a 20-minute bike ride from Vlissingen train station.
