Das Einchecken verlief schnell und korrekt. Das Zimmer ist ordentlich und die Reinigung ist gut. Ein fehlender Flaschenöffner wurde umgehend ersetzt. Und das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Sehr guter Empfang von den Rezeptionisten und dem Manager der Unterkunft, um den Mangel an Kommunikation aus Belvilla und insbesondere die Tatsache zu kompensieren, dass letzterer mich aufgrund der sanitären Maßnahmen nicht über die Schließung des Gebäudes informiert hat, in dem ich reserviert hatte und der starke Rückgang der Anzahl der Mieten; Odalys improvisierte kurzfristig die Zuteilung einer sehr komfortablen Unterkunft, die einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt ermöglichte;
