Cook together, spend time in the living room by the fireplace or, if necessary, retreat to one of the rooms, play in the garden (over 500 m²) or on the terrace, eat together, in the warming sun or the cooling shade and depending on your needs in any case enjoy the very special view.
In the lower apartment there are 2 double bedrooms with their own bathroom and the terrace room with a separate entrance from the terrace, a wide single bed and a private bathroom.
In the living room there is a sofa and a single bed, which can also be used as beds for a total of two people.
As can be seen in the floor plan, the lower apartment has a spacious kitchen with a large dining table by the fireplace and a spacious living room with fireplace - each with access to one of the three terraces.
There is space for at least one baby bed in all bedrooms and living rooms. We provide two free of charge in the lower apartment. If necessary, additional cots can be set up in the living room.
The house is in the middle of the Tuscan countryside. If you have booked the entire house, there are no annoying neighbors. It is therefore also suitable for celebrations in the garden. In the kitchen of the lower apartment there is enough space, kitchen utensils and dishes even for larger groups - tried and tested many times :-)
Additional costs (water, heating, electricity, wood) are included in the rent.
Bed linen, towels etc. are available. The washing machine can be used free of charge.
The property is located on Monte Cavallo and offers a beautiful view of the surrounding landscape. The house has two apartments one above the other. Both apartments are fully equipped and can also be booked individually (separate ads).

Saturnia is known for its beneficial thermal springs, which are visited by both locals and tourists from all over the world. The wonderful typical Tuscan villages Pitigliano, Scansano and Montemerano can also be reached quickly.

Bathing and wellness fans: The famous Saturnia cascades (Cascate del mulino) are in the immediate vicinity, so that even a daily bath before breakfast is possible. In addition, the neighboring thermal baths can be used, which attract visitors with the therapeutic properties of the sulfur-containing springs. A trip to the sea is of course also possible - if you drive a little further (approx. 1 hour).
Nature lovers: Not far from the accommodation is the Alberese Nature Park, where nature and especially bird enthusiasts get their money's worth in every season. But you can also discover the Maremma from its most beautiful side in the immediate vicinity.
Families or friends: Here you can get together and spend time together - and still retreat if necessary. In addition, the area offers suitable destinations for every taste. We are happy to provide equipment for small children. And best of all: There are no neighbors far and wide that could be disturbed (when booking the whole house).
Golf enthusiasts: One of the most beautiful golf courses in Tuscany is within walking distance.
The property is difficult to reach by public transport, a (rental) car is recommended. Nearby airports are, for example, Rome (approx. 160 km away) and Florence (approx. 180 km away). By train, it's best to get to Grosseto or Orvieto and there change to a rental car. Of course we are also happy to give more detailed tips on how to get there.
