Cancellation policy
If the tenant defaults on his payment, the tenant withdraws from the contract or the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a subsequent tenant who enters into the contract on the same terms as compensation, taking into account the expenses saved In addition to a fee of EUR 50, the following proportionate rents (minus additional costs and visitor's tax) must be paid if another rental is not possible:
-up to 49 days before the start of the rental period: 10% of the rental price
-up to 35 days before the start of the rental period: 40% of the rental price
-up to 21 days before the start of the rental period: 60% of the rental price
-up to 14 days before the start of the rental period: 90% of the rental price
-Otherwise (later than 14 days before the start of the rental period) 100% of the rental price.
If the tenant breaks off the stay prematurely, he remains obliged to pay the full rental price. Cancellation or termination can only be made in writing. The date of receipt of the declaration is decisive.

Host informationWe, Gloria and Horst, live in Ratingen and met in 1993 on a flat boat trip on the IJsselmeer. With fond memories we now have this holiday chalet on the IJsselmeer that we are happy to share with others.

Wir waren im Februar für 4 Nächte dort und es hat uns super gefallen. Unser 1. Urlaub in Holland mit unserem Hund. Die Lage ist top, die Aussicht Weltklasse. War sehr ruhig, weil wenig los war und deshalb sehr entspannt. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Dann aber im Sommer/Herbst.

Wunderschöne Lage, wirklich traumhaft morgens mit Meerblick zu frühstücken.
An Ausstattung ist alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Toller Ort um sich in Ruhe zu erholen.
