So that the reservation is validated: you have to add your address, sign the contract and send back it to us. You have eight days of deadlines to make the bank transfer of 25 % of the rent. The cancellation of the stay must be notified by recommended. The advance (25%) remains acquired to the owner. If the cancellation intervenes less than thirty days before the arrival in places, the balance of the amount of the stay must be settled. The security deposit is of: 450€ to be settled upon your arrival. Returned to your departure after report. A copy of the general conditions of rent is sent to German If you are unable to come, we will reimburse your deposit or postpone to another period of the year.

    Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und immer verfügbar. Das Haus ist wundervoll eingerichtet. Perfekt für uns als 5-köpfige Familie. Das Meer ist gerade mal 10 km entfernt. Wir haben es sehr genossen.

    Das schöne Ferienhaus im normannischen Stil lud uns zu einem gemütlichen Familienurlaub nahe der Küste ein. Das Haus war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es liegt absolut ruhig am Feldrand. Auf der Sonnenterrasse kann man gemütlich zusammen sitzen. Michele und Paul empfingen uns sehr herzlich und waren stets ansprechbar. Maik und Nina
