The house's entrance, on a furnished terrace facing the morning sun, has the kitchen just inside the door. Further into the house, the bathroom is on the right and opposite a bedroom with two single beds next to each other. There is also a bedroom with a single bed with entrance from the combined TV and dining room. Here you have a spacious living room with the roof open up to the ridge and a stove for warmth and increasing the cozy factor in the sofa group. In addition, exit to the glazed conservatory with adjoining terrace. Next to the house is a guest house with a double bed and good storage. Here there is a veranda and a south-facing sun deck. This very family-friendly house invites you to a relaxing holiday with close proximity to swimming, fishing, golf and seasonal dining. Here there are plenty of nature reserves in beautiful deciduous forests to stroll around and many cycle paths that lead you to, for example, countless farm shops to botanize in, but also the city center of Sölvesborg in about 20 minutes. The arc-shaped Sölvesborg Bridge, which is a roughly 700-metre-long pedestrian and cycle path, takes you to the city's shopping and restaurant scene. A nearby excursion destination that can be recommended is Hanö, which can be reached by boat in half an hour from Nogersund harbour. If you want to go further, the direct train from Sölvesborg arrives in Copenhagen in an hour and a half. Der Kunde kann bis zum Beginn des Ferienhausaufenthaltes jederzeit durch Erklärung gegenüber DC von seinem Vertrag zurücktreten. Tritt der Kunde von dem Vertrag zurück oder tritt er den Aufenthalt nicht an, so kann DC Ersatz für die von DC getroffenen Vorkehrungen für den Ferienhausaufenthalt und für DC’s Aufwendungen verlangen. Bei Berechnungen des Ersatzes sind gewöhnlich ersparte Aufwendungen und die gewöhnlich mögliche anderweitige Verwendung der Leistung zu berücksichtigen. Es bleibt dem Kunden unbenommen, den Nachweis zu führen, dass im Zusammenhang mit dem Rücktritt oder Nichtantritt des Ferienhausaufenthaltes DC kein oder ein wesentlich geringerer Schaden entstanden ist, als die von DC in der Pauschale (siehe unten) ausgewiesenen Kosten. Die pauschalierten Ansprüche auf Rücktrittsgebühren betragen in der Regel bei Rücktritt des Kunden:
Bis zum 60. Tag vor der Anreise 25 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 59. bis 35. Tag vor der Anreise 50 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 34. Tag bis zum 1. Tag vor der Anreise 80 % des Preises.
Am Anreisetag oder bei Nichterscheinen 100 % des Preises.
