Cancellation is free of charge up to four weeks before arrival if the house is rented to someone else for the reserved period after cancellation. If this is not the case, costs of 50% will apply. In the last four weeks before arrival, cancellation is only free of charge if the house is rented to someone else for the reserved period after the cancellation. If this is not the case, costs of 100% will be incurred.

Holiday destination
The holiday home is located on the first hill above the lake in the old village of Ghiffa. The neighborhood consists of beautiful old villas in large well-kept gardens. The place is about four kilometers from Verbania, the lively market town with numerous restaurants and a variety of shopping opportunities. About 20 kilometers away is Locarno with its diverse cultural offerings and restaurants. Within walking distance of the house you can reach well-signposted hiking trails through the beautiful chestnut forests.

Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es liegt in einem sehr schönen, gepflegten, weitläufigen, in Terrassen angelegten Garten - das beste daran ist auf jeden Fall der Seeblick. Hier kann man die Seele baumeln lassen. Unsere 8-köpfige Gruppe hat sich hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Am Abend haben wir uns immer zum gemeinsamen Kochen oder Klönen am großen Küchentisch versammelt.
Dankbar waren wir auch für die vielfältigen Tipps von Frau Karimi bezgl. Essen gehen und einkaufen.
Wir haben auch tolle Wanderungen und Fahrradtouren (eine geht direkt vom Haus ab) in dieser schönen Gegend unternommen. Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Großzügig ausgestattetes Ferienhaus. Zentrale Lage zwischen Stresa und Ascona. Auch mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar. Wir haben mit 5 Erwachsenen eine schöne entspannte Zeit verbracht. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und man kann sich sehr gut selbst versorgen, aber es gibt auch fußläufig einige Restaurants. Absolut empfehlenswert.
