Cancellation policy
Cancellation is free of charge up to four weeks before arrival if the house is rented to someone else for the reserved period after cancellation. If this is not the case, costs of 50% will apply. In the last four weeks before arrival, cancellation is only free of charge if the house is rented to someone else for the reserved period after the cancellation. If this is not the case, costs of 100% will be incurred.

Holiday destination
The holiday home is located on the first hill above the lake in the old village of Ghiffa. The neighborhood consists of beautiful old villas in large well-kept gardens. The place is about four kilometers from Verbania, the lively market town with numerous restaurants and a variety of shopping opportunities. About 20 kilometers away is Locarno with its diverse cultural offerings and restaurants. Within walking distance of the house you can reach well-signposted hiking trails through the beautiful chestnut forests.

Wir waren eine Woche als Familie in diesem schönen Haus, um den 70ten Geburtstag der Mutter/Schwiegermutter zu feiern. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Der Mix aus Alt und Neu hat mir besonders gut gefallen! Aus jedem Zimmer genießt man einen fantastischen Blick auf den See . Wir waren mit 10 Pers vor Ort u haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt Frau Karimi / Anna waren jederzeit erreichbar und konnten uns schnell bei Fragen helfen (plötzlicher Stromausfall/Kinderarztsuche/Restauranttipps). Zu dieser Jahreszeit hatten wir sehr viele Mücken, die uns abends die Gemütlichkeit etwas verdorben haben (trotz Citronella/Räucherkerzen und Autan waren wir sehr zerstochen). Als kleine Verbesserung würde ich mir einen Mückenschutz an den Fenstern wünschen- sonst war alles top! Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Wir haben als mit Familie mit erwachsenen Kindern und unserem großen Hund entspannte und tolle Ferien verbracht. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll gestaltet und mit jedem Komfort ausgestattet, um eine rundum angenehme Zeit zu verbringen. Es fehlt einem wirklich an Nichts! Die große Terrasse mit angrenzendem Pool und großem Garten lädt zum entspannen und verweilen ein. Im Haus und im Garten hat man einen fantastischen Blick auf den Lago Maggiore und auf die Berge. Die Kommunikation mit Frau Karimi war sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und jederzeit möglich. Vielen Dank Frau Karimi für die Möglichkeit unsere Ferien bei Ihnen in einem so wunderschönen Ambiente verbringen zu können.
