Holiday destination
Wake up to fresh and rural surroundings, in this fabulous Istrian villa with pool. The old building elements, such as stone and wood, have been preserved during the renovation works and, combined with modern furnishings, give it an exquisite living ambience. On the fenced property guests can still use an outbuilding, which has a recreation room on the first floor and a music room with Hi-Fi system upstairs. In the main house you expected living room and kitchen on the first floor, while two bedrooms and a bathroom are on the second floor. In the attic, with the minimum ceiling height of about 165 cm, is also a bedroom with bathroom. Enjoy the refreshing pool, as well as the shade on the covered terrace on hot summer days. The picturesque landscape of the almost untouched nature in the surrounding area, has cycling and hiking trails to offer but also some ranches where horse lovers can go horseback riding.
Getting there
Enter Croatia:
Proceed into Croatia.
Take A9 Motorway South towards Pula:
Once in Croatia, follow signs for the A9 motorway towards Pula. This is a toll road.
Continue on A9.
Take Exit 4 for Vodnjan sjever
After a stretch on A9, take Exit 4 towards Vodnjan sjever. This exit will guide you onto local roads.
Follow Signs for Vodnjan and Svetvinčenat:
Once off the motorway, follow road signs for Vodnjan and Svetvinčenat. These signs will direct you along smaller roads.
Drive through Vodnjan:
As you proceed, you'll pass through the town of Vodnjan. Continue following signs for Režanci.
After Vodnjan, you'll reach Juršići and 1 km after you have to follow the signs for Režanci
