The chalet overlooks the private, 6 x 4 metre pool, which provides pleasant cooling on hot summer days. The 1 - 2 metre pool is kept clean with chlorine and is fenced off for the safety of the children. The pool terrace is surrounded by four sun loungers where you can relax. If you prefer the shade, you can put up a parasol, listen to some music or take the obligatory Spanish siesta. You can use the outdoor shower before and after swimming. On the terraces, you can get in the mood for the evening with a glass of wine and tapas. If you want to stay in, there is a brick barbecue where you can prepare delicious meals in the open air.
The house is spread over two floors. From the pool terrace you enter a large living-dining room with TV-SAT, wood-burning cooker, large windows that offer a view of the pool and at the same time an unobstructed view of the kitchen. The kitchen is spacious and equipped with a gas and ceramic hob, an oven and all the utensils and appliances you need to create delicious dishes. On this level there is a toilet and a bathroom with a shower, and upstairs there is another with a shower and bath. The four bedrooms are located on the upper floor. The first two bedrooms have a double bed and direct access to a balcony. The third bedroom has a folding bed and the last has two single beds, a bathroom with shower and direct access to a balcony. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. A cot and a high chair are available free of charge. If you are travelling with several children, we can provide up to 3 cots and 3 high chairs for an extra charge. A washing machine, ironing board and iron are available in the laundry room.

Das Chalet befindet sich in einem ruhigen Teil von Cala Millor, 550 Meter vom feinen Sandstrand entfernt. Im Ort Son Servera lernt man eine authentische Seite Mallorcas kennen, schlendert durch die Gässchen und probiert in einem der Restaurants unsere mallorquinische Küche. Son Servera ist aufgrund des Golfplatzes vielen Besuchern ein Begriff. Nahe Portocristo liegen gleich zwei Tropfsteinhöhlen: die Coves del Drach und Coves dels Hams - beide sind empfehlenswert.

Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
Total payment is due 35 days before arrival.
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
