In case you change your mind we offer free cancellation for 48 hours, starting from time you confirm your reservation (for bookings more that 30 days in advance).
In case of cancellation all the received payments until the cancellation date shall be retained, and the guest is not entitled to their return.

Villa Ulmus is located only 7 km away from picturesque town of Motovun. Motovun is one of the most attractive Istrian medieval towns. For active holidays, it is recommended to ride bicycles, hike Parenzana or many other trails, paragliding, fishing on the Mirna river or search for famous Istrian truffles. Around Motovun there are vineyards with famous Istrian wine varieties, and in the vicinity, there are numerous quality taverns and restaurants where you can enjoy famous Istrian specialties.

If you are arriving with a car via Italy or Slovenia please choose border crossing Sočerga (via Buzet) or Dragonja. If you choose Sočerga please check navigation to go through Buzet otherwise navigation can direct you on some small border crossing with heavy road.
