The holiday house Diva with a surface of 89 m2 it is ideal for a couples and a families that want to spend their vacation in our lovely Istria and relax. The house consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, living, dining room and a kitchen with an exit to a lovely terrace where you will enjoy mornings and evenings with a view to the nice swimming pool. The garden and a pool are private and you have also on a disposal a grill. There are also sun loungers and sun shades on a disposal. The parking place is in front also private. Give a chance and come at our lovely holiday house Diva in the heart of Istrian peninsula. The swimming pool will be finished unil June 01st!!

Near the place Rezanci where the house is situated you have the popular touristic place in the heart of Istria Svetvincenat. The renaissance town of Svetvinčenat, one of the pearls of Istria, which has become a tourism hot spot due mainly to the many events taking place in the attractive historical corners of our town. The very heart of Svetvinčenat is its main square, called „Placa“.
On arrival day the owner will awaiting you in the house to give you the keys and tips for your vacation. We will inform you a 7 days before your arrival about the arrival. Have a nice and safety journey to Istria.
