The house is located in Stuhlfelden, on the mountain with lots of privacy and an unobstructed view of the valley and Hohe Tauren. With a total living area of 270m2, spread over 3 floors, you can relax with several families, children or friends. Around the house there is a garden and terrace with seats for 12 people. You will be in the middle of green pastures and hills.
The chalet is very spacious and is comfortably furnished, for a maximum of 12 people. The house has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped. You can relax in the basement where you will find a sauna, billiard table, play station and kids corner. Available is a ski shoe dryer and a drying cabinet for wet accessories.

The house is located in the middle of the ski areas of Zell am See/Kaprun/Saalbach-Hinterglem, Kitzbuhel and Wildkogel arena (Neukirchen/Bamberg), reachable in 13-20 minutes. You can enjoy fantastic skiing, hiking, cross-country skiing, etc. in the winter. In the summer you can enjoy cycling or mountain biking, hiking, climbing, golf (Mittersill and Zell am See), archery and much more.
