Cancellation policy
There is no right of withdrawal in the sense of the Italian Consumer Protection Code. However, we grant you a right of withdrawal under the following cancellation conditions in accordance with Art. 1382 ZGB:
Up to 90 days before the day of arrival, the reservation can be canceled without a cancellation fee. Only the deposit will be retained.
For cancellations by the guest in the period between the 90th day before the agreed day of arrival and the day of arrival itself, the guest is obliged to pay the following cancellation fees:
• Cancellation between 90 days and 30 days before the day of arrival: 40% of the agreed total price
• Cancellation between 30 days and 7 days before the day of arrival: 70% of the agreed total price
• Cancellation less than 7 days before the day of arrival or in case of no-show by the guest ("no show") or in case of early departure by the guest, the fee for the entire booking period is due in full.
Any deposit already paid will be offset against the cancellation fees.
Please inform us in good time if you are unable to take your holiday, as cancellations are unpleasant for all involved. It's a shame when apartments remain vacant, but unexpected things can happen to anyone.

Our farm is situated in an idyllic location amidst orchards on the edge of the picturesque village of Partschins. The secluded setting provides a calm and open atmosphere, yet the spa town of Meran is in close proximity and can also be quickly and conveniently reached by public transport. The Pröfinghof is located at the entrance to the Texel Group Nature Park, and directly from our farmstead, numerous hiking trails lead into the South Tyrolean alpine pastures and mountains, or to the famous Partschins Waterfall.

From Merano, travel approximately 7 km towards Vinschgau until you reach Partschins.
