The villa is located in La Croix Valmer in a purely residential area with an absolutely quiet location, away from through traffic.
The villa stands on a plot of over 5000 square meters with ancient trees of cork oaks and strawberry trees. From the house you have a fantastic panoramic sea view of Cap Lardier, Cavalaire and the Ile d'Hyeres.
Although the villa is in a quiet location, you can be in Cavalaire, St. Topez, Grimaud or Ramatuelle in 5-15 minutes.

Wir verbrachten 3 Wochen hier. Die Ausstattung,Grundstück,Pool, die Aussicht u.d. Ruhe - ein Traum.Es fehlte uns dort an nichts! Klasse auch die 2. Kaffeemaschine Dolce Gusto und der Eiscrusher. Abends haben wir gemütlich gegrillt u. bei Kerzenschein auf der Terrasse gesessen u .d. Fröschen gelauscht.
Wenn es überhaupt etwas 'negatives' anzumerken gibt, dann nur
1. die sehr steile Auffahrt zum Haus hoch , die unser Cabrio aber gut gemeistert hat und die nur bei Knieproblemen etwas ungünstig ist und 2. die Pool Alarme nachts bei Sturm, aber nachdem wir den Schwimmer umgedreht hatten, war alles ok. Wir waren jedenfalls so zufrieden und glücklich dort, dass wir dies Jahr wieder in die Villa Ranke fahren und uns schon sehr darauf freuen.
