Our southside located apartments with balcony with a tremendous view, are all equipped with bath/shower/toilet, Cable TV, telefon, all linen and towels. Compl. equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave.
In total we have 4 ****Apartments in the Haus Kasimir and in our Chalet there are 2 Apartments for 4 Persons with 80 m² and for 8 persons with 115m²
The fantastic location of our Apartmenthouse on the sunny side of Schruns – will impress you with its panorama right on your arrival!
The first impression – nature pure - one of the most impressive surroundings of the alps with the mountain Zimba and the Mittagspitze right in front of you.
In the summer there are a lot of Mountainhikes – we´ll guide you for free to the nicest spots - and Bicicletracs right from the house, how invite you for your sports. The village Schruns with its shops, cafes, golfcourse and outdoorpool, Activpark with Tenniscourts and a Horsetrack are just a few minutes away!
In the wintersaison within a radius of 2 – 15 Km there are 5 skiareas with about 200 km of skislopes, 61 skilifts and cablecars, which you can easily reach with the free Skibus –which stops right at our driveway!!
In additon you can reach the Aktivpark Montafon (Eislaufplatz, Eisstockbahn) in just a few minutes!

Anreise: Fahren Sie entlang der Hauptstraße von Bludenz nach Schruns bis zur Abzweigung Silbertal (nach dem LIDL ). Biegen Sie hier links ab in die Außerlitzstraße und folgen Sie dieser bis zur Straße Richtung Bartholomäberg. Fahren Sie hier wieder links - unser Haus liegt nach ca 150m auf der linken Seite. Anreise NUR nach 16:00 Uhr!!! DANKE!!!
