Other sights and excursion destinations are Bosarpsjön, Hammarsjön, Ringsjön, Skåne Djurpark, Fulltofta Nature Center and Kristianstad Golf Club. At Vaxsjön there is also the option of renting a boat for a small fee. Along the coast towards Österlen, you also have Kiviks Musteri, Stenshuvud, Karl Fredrik at Eklaholm and much, much more. The Blekinge archipelago is rich in good fishing areas and you are also close to Mörrum with salmon fishing. If you want to go out into the archipelago, there are archipelago tours and fishing tours that leave from several places nearby. From Nogersund there are boat trips out to Hanö, which is a real pearl of the archipelago! In Nogersund is Sweden's largest fishing port, but they have still managed to maintain the genuine atmosphere, with the harbor tavern Skutan facing the sparkling water and the fishing boats. The village has old traditions and parts of the 19th century buildings are still there. Der Kunde kann bis zum Beginn des Ferienhausaufenthaltes jederzeit durch Erklärung gegenüber DC von seinem Vertrag zurücktreten. Tritt der Kunde von dem Vertrag zurück oder tritt er den Aufenthalt nicht an, so kann DC Ersatz für die von DC getroffenen Vorkehrungen für den Ferienhausaufenthalt und für DC’s Aufwendungen verlangen. Bei Berechnungen des Ersatzes sind gewöhnlich ersparte Aufwendungen und die gewöhnlich mögliche anderweitige Verwendung der Leistung zu berücksichtigen. Es bleibt dem Kunden unbenommen, den Nachweis zu führen, dass im Zusammenhang mit dem Rücktritt oder Nichtantritt des Ferienhausaufenthaltes DC kein oder ein wesentlich geringerer Schaden entstanden ist, als die von DC in der Pauschale (siehe unten) ausgewiesenen Kosten. Die pauschalierten Ansprüche auf Rücktrittsgebühren betragen in der Regel bei Rücktritt des Kunden:
Bis zum 60. Tag vor der Anreise 25 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 59. bis 35. Tag vor der Anreise 50 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 34. Tag bis zum 1. Tag vor der Anreise 80 % des Preises.
Am Anreisetag oder bei Nichterscheinen 100 % des Preises.
