Cancellation policy
The payment you have made is non-refundable if you cancel. Therefore, the cancellation costs are as follows: up to 6 weeks before the holiday 20%. From 6 weeks before the holiday 100%. If you send someone else on the holiday, that's no problem. The original booker remains responsible in case of any issues. If we find someone else for the booked period, you will receive a partial refund of your payment.

Holiday destination
The Noord-Holland region offers you beautiful, clean beaches that invite you to sunbathe. You will also find unique natural areas, such as the "Het Zwanenwater" reserve with the largest spoonbill colony in Europe. The cities in the "Kop van Noord-Holland", as the area is called by the locals, have something for everyone. Getting there
At the heart of the park lies a lake with an integrated water playground and extensive play equipment for all ages. There are facilities for soccer, basketball, and table tennis.
Adjacent to these are tennis courts and a mini-golf course with a small adjoining eatery where you can also get fresh bread rolls in the morning.
The over 30 km long sandy beach and dune paths are perfect for walks and bike rides.
Approximately 5 km to the north is Den Helder, a port city with various cultural offerings, attractions, and shopping opportunities. You can take the boat to Texel from there.
Another excursion destination is Alkmaar with its beautiful city center and the cheese market. You can also visit Amsterdam.

Tolle Unterkunft mit allen Ausstattungen die man so braucht und sehr sauber. Vermieter sehr Nett und unkompliziert lief alles Reibungslos. Ferienanlage auch sehr schön. Der Weg zum mehr ist nicht weit und wenn man da ist es auch sehr schön.

Uns hat es super gefallen. Ein gemütlicher Wohn- und Essbereich, gut bestückte Küche, hell und freundlich eingerichtete Zimmer und bequeme Betten. Fernseher mit (leider nur) 6 deutschen Sendern und DVD-Player im Wohnzimmer und in einem der Schlafzimmer. Diverse Gesellschaftsspiele und Puzzle, und ein Kamin sind auch da. Der Garten ist komplett eingezäunt, so dass der Hund nicht ausbüxen konnte. Gartenzubehör ist vorhanden, Liegen, Stühle, Auflagen, Tische und Bänke, sowie Grill, Planschbecken und Spielzeug, außerdem 3 Fahrräder, ein Bollerwagen und eine Waschmaschine. Zum Strand sind es ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß, zum nächsten Supermarkt ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto.
Alles in Allem ein tolles Ferienhaus in dem wir auch gerne länger geblieben wären.
