The cabin is equipped with what you need for a comfortable stay, in the small kitchen there is a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave and a dining table for 4 people. Here you can cook a good dinner and enjoy it with the family. The bedrooms are cozy and inviting with comfortable beds where you can recharge for a new day. The larger bedroom has a double bed 140 cm and the slightly smaller bedroom has a single bed 90 cm. In the living room you can relax on the comfortable sofa and watch TV or maybe play a game with the family. There is also a sofa bed here for those who wish. The toilet is equipped with a modern combustion toilet and here the shower is in a separate space. The owner has cats that are used to living in the house when it is not rented out. From there, a sociable cat can sometimes come by the house. The area around the cottage offers many activities and attractions. If you like golf, you can take a round at Stenungssund's golf club, which is located next to the cottage 1km. For swimming and sunshine, you can visit Getskär, which is 5km away and offers a beautiful beach with cliffs and bathing piers. Der Kunde kann bis zum Beginn des Ferienhausaufenthaltes jederzeit durch Erklärung gegenüber DC von seinem Vertrag zurücktreten. Tritt der Kunde von dem Vertrag zurück oder tritt er den Aufenthalt nicht an, so kann DC Ersatz für die von DC getroffenen Vorkehrungen für den Ferienhausaufenthalt und für DC’s Aufwendungen verlangen. Bei Berechnungen des Ersatzes sind gewöhnlich ersparte Aufwendungen und die gewöhnlich mögliche anderweitige Verwendung der Leistung zu berücksichtigen. Es bleibt dem Kunden unbenommen, den Nachweis zu führen, dass im Zusammenhang mit dem Rücktritt oder Nichtantritt des Ferienhausaufenthaltes DC kein oder ein wesentlich geringerer Schaden entstanden ist, als die von DC in der Pauschale (siehe unten) ausgewiesenen Kosten. Die pauschalierten Ansprüche auf Rücktrittsgebühren betragen in der Regel bei Rücktritt des Kunden:
Bis zum 60. Tag vor der Anreise 25 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 59. bis 35. Tag vor der Anreise 50 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 34. Tag bis zum 1. Tag vor der Anreise 80 % des Preises.
Am Anreisetag oder bei Nichterscheinen 100 % des Preises.
