Allerdings sind Dachterrasse und Außenanlagen in einem ungepflegten Zustand (sehr viel Unkraut, unsauber).
Dachterrasse haben wir gar nicht genutzt, Innenhof haben wir grob von Unkraut befreit und sauber gemacht.
