Cancellations or rebookings up to 30 days before the start of the trip are free of charge. If you are unable to start the booked stay on time, do not show up at all, or need to leave early, we will charge the following cancellation fees:
from 29 to 22 days before the start of the trip 30% of the booked travel price;
from 21 to 15 days before the start of the trip 60% of the booked travel price;
less than 15 days before the start of the trip 100% of the booked travel price;
for late arrival and early departure 100% of the booked travel price.

By car: Brenner motorway A22, exit Brixen, through the Puster Valley to Innichen, then towards Sexten, turn left at Sexten's main square towards the church to Kirchweg 2.
By train: Brenner-Bozen railway line, change at Franzensfeste and take the train towards Innichen/Sillian; in Innichen, switch to the bus to Sexten/Kreuzbergpass, get off at the main square in Sexten and walk 100m towards the church to Kirchweg 2.
