In the event of a rental withdrawal from the entered rental agreement, the following cancellation fees must be paid by the tenant - unless otherwise stated in the rental contract:
• from the start of the binding rental agreement up to 30 days before arrival: 30% of the pure rental price
• from 30 days before arrival: 95% of the pure rental price
• "No Show" or termination of the rental during the agreed rental period: 100% of the pure rental price

Ghiffa, with approximately 2,400 residents, nestles at the foot of Monte Cargiago, boasting many villas and lush vegetation. Five golf courses are within a 15 to 30-minute drive. An extensive network of beautiful walking and hiking trails crisscross the area, and a rich array of cultural, leisure, and sports activities ensures there's never a dull moment. Nearby are the renowned towns of Intra and Pallanza: Intra is known for its market and the stunningly beautiful old town. From Intra, you can also take the car ferry across the lake to Laveno. Pallanza, of Roman origin, offers a beautiful, long lakeside promenade with inviting restaurants, cafes, and shops. The Botanical Gardens of Villa Taranto, spread over a 20-hectare area, contain over 20,000 very rare plant species from all continents. Additionally, from Ghiffa, you can take the boat service to various excursion destinations. Internationally renowned holiday resorts and areas such as Ascona, Locarno, Stresa, the Borromean Islands, and Lake Orta are only up to about 30 minutes away. A true gem of Ghiffa is the "Sacro Monte della SS. Trinità di Ghiffa," one of the new Sacred Mountains in Piedmont and Lombardy, consisting of a not entirely completed pilgrimage church and three chapel-sized chapels from the 17th century, which depict scenes from the Old and New Testaments.
