The holiday apartment was completed in June 2023 and is located on the island of Vir, accessible via a bridge, near Zadar. It offers enough space for the whole family on its 65m². There are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed. Additionally, there is the option of an extra bed on the sofa bed in the living room, allowing up to 6 people to stay. There is 1 bathroom with a shower and washing machine, plus an additional guest toilet. Furthermore, there's an open kitchen. The balcony is perfect for a cozy breakfast. However, the highlight is the 60m² roof terrace that invites you to sunbathe. To cool off in the sea, it's only 60m away. For the cooler months, there is a pellet stove in the living room. In front of the house, there is a parking space for your car.

The beautiful island of Vir invites you to swim, cycle, and hike. Just past the bridge on the mainland is Nin, where you can visit the old town or take a soothing mud bath. About 25 km away is Zadar, and a visit to the historic Roman old town is highly recommended. For a day trip, the Krka Waterfalls are particularly worth seeing.
Arrival is convenient by car. The island is connected to the mainland by a bridge. Parking is available in front of the house. There is also the option to fly to Zadar and then take a taxi or bus to Vir. The bus runs every 3 hours during the day. A Flixbus also stops on the island once a day.
