Cancellation policy
If you decide to book with us after contacting us, we will need your address and phone number for a firm reservation. Additionally, a deposit is required as security for both tenants and landlords. This deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation. For longer stays (3 weeks, 4 weeks) or stays outside the peak season (May, September, etc.), the deposit may be slightly lower or higher. For unforeseen cancellations, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
In the event of a short-notice cancellation, the following cancellation fees apply:
The deposit is retained for cancellations more than 30 days before the start of the trip.
30% of the booking price for cancellations 15-30 days before the start of the trip.
50% of the booking price for cancellations from one week up to 14 days before the start of the trip.
100% of the booking price if the booking period commences.
Upon arrival, a damage deposit of EUR 200 is required. This will be paid in cash. You will typically receive the refund at departure. The damage deposit will be refunded to you in full in cash, after the property has been inspected and no damages have been found.

Italy motorway via Venice, or Udine to Trieste, then via Koper (Slovenia, 10 km) - Skofije (Rabuiese) border crossing, continue to Croatia - Pozane (Buzet) border crossing - Buzet - Lupoglav - Vozilici - Labin - Presika.
From Central Europe:
Motorway to Villach-Karawanken Tunnel - through Slovenia via Ljubljana - Koper, continue via Buzet - Labin - Presika.
From Zagreb:
via Gorski Kotar to Rijeka, then along the coast to Plomin - Labin Rabac, or - Ucka Tunnel - Vozlici - Labin - Presika.

Die Villa liegt ruhig und dennoch sehr zentral in Labin. Die Altstadt und die dortigen Restaurants sind leicht zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Haus selbst ist großzügig und modern eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Es gibt einen Grill, eine super Küche mit Induktionsherd und eine große Garage. Alles ist groß, hell und sehr sauber. Der Pool hinter dem Haus ist toll und liegt vollkommen privat. Nastja und Drazen sind tolle und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, die sich um alles kümmern und jederzeit ansprechbar sind. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Villa und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank nochmals für alles Nastja & Drazen!
