The appartement has 32 m2 and is equipped with a kitchenette, an extra bathroom and one living/sleeping aream. Furthermore there is a small balcony. Our guests can also use the indoor pool and sauna in the komplex free of charge .

The apartment is located on the top floor of the Haus Alpenland and consists of a separate kitchen area, an additional bathroom, and a large living/dining/sleeping area. Additionally, there is a small sunny balcony for relaxation.
Guests can use an indoor pool and a communal sauna free of charge. (Closed from November 11 to November 24, 2025). Furthermore, a common room can be used if you are expecting guests.
The complex is centrally located in Seefeld. The train station and shopping options are within walking distance.
The center can be easily reached on foot, and you can leave your car in the free parking lot at the complex.
As a welcome gesture, a freshly baked Guglhupf awaits you upon request for stays of 6 nights or more.
