Cancellation policy
If the RENTER cancels or terminates the reservation, the following cancellation fees will be charged:
For cancellations up to 42 days before arrival: full refund.
For cancellations from 41 days to 28 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
For cancellations from 27 days to 8 days before arrival: 70% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
For cancellations from 7 days to 1 day before arrival: 80% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
For cancellations on the day of arrival or NO SHOW: 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
The date on which the cancellation notice is received is considered the date of cancellation (on Sundays or public holidays, the following business day applies). In case of no-show or an unannounced delay, ISTRALINE retains the total amount of the reservation.

This modern apartment building is a new construction right in the marina yet very quiet. The historic old town is only a few minutes' walk away, as is the city promenade. Entry to the Marina Vrsar and a private parking space are included in the price.
