Villa Carpe Diem with private swimming pool, 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and two golf carts is located in a quiet and beautifully landscaped golf estate by the sea near Sainte-Maxime.
The estate
This golf estate is only accessible to residents and tenants of the villas on the park. The estate has a private beach (gently sloping) with a restaurant where 4 sun loungers are always reserved for you. There is a communal swimming pool with a children\'s pool on the estate, which is supervised during the high season. There is also a volleyball court, a tennis court (reservation required) and table tennis tables.
For the little children there are swings. Of course, you can also enjoy a wonderful game of golf.
The centre of Sainte-Maxime is about 6km away, and 1km outside the estate you will find bakeries, vegetable stalls and a campsite shop (in season).
Villa La Carpe Diem
- Exterior
The grounds (1500m2) of the villa are fenced. The villa has parking for 4 cars and a garage with an electric door. The two golf carts are ready for you: ideal for going \'electrically\' to the private beach. There is a large, covered terrace with a view of the beautiful garden and the swimming pool. There is a large barbecue and French doors provide access to the kitchen.
By the pool (9 x 4 m) there is a beautiful terrace with sun loungers. The lawn is flat and spacious: children can play here nicely. There are many flowers and beautiful palm trees and you enjoy complete privacy. From the terraces you look out over the garden and the pool, which can be beautifully lit in the evening.
Next to the villa is the boules court.
- Interior
Through the entrance you come into the modern living room with two seating areas and a beautiful dining table. The open kitchen is part of this space and is luxurious and fully equipped (including Nespresso, large fridge and there is an extra fridge in the garage). On the ground floor there is a guest toilet.
