Cancellation policy
The tenant has the right to withdraw from the contract before the start of the rental period. In the case of such a cancellation, the landlord is entitled to charge a fee, as follows:
Cancellation up to 45 days before arrival: 10% of the rental price.
Cancellation 44 days to 33 days before arrival: 30% of the rental price.
Cancellation 33 days to 22 days before arrival: 60% of the rental price.
Cancellation 21 days to 12 days before arrival: 80% of the rental price.
Cancellation 11 days before arrival: 90% of the rental price.
Cancellation of the booking must be made in writing.
The date the landlord receives the cancellation notice is decisive in determining penalties.
We recommend adding cancellation insurance to your holiday booking.

Holiday destination
Callantsoog is very central and you have access to many destinations. In the neighbouring town of Den Helder (13 km) you can visit the submarine museum, for example. From there you can take the ferry to the island of Texel and visit the Ecomare seal sanctuary. You don't have to be a kid to enjoy this visit. The cheese market and old town of Alkmaar (27 km) are well worth seeing. Other cities such as Schagen (9 km), Egmond (26 km) and Bergen an See are recommended.

Wir (69/71, Hund 11) waren schon in vielen Ferienhäusern , aber LYLA hat den Vogel abgeschossen! Es begann mit dem freundlichen Mail- und Telefonkontakt, dann standen zur Begrüßung Blumen, Weißwein (es wurde sogar vorher gefragt, ob wir lieber roten oder weißen oder Saft möchten) und Pralinen auf dem Tisch, dicke Handtücher lagen auf den frisch bezogenen Betten, in der Küche bleibt auch kein Wunsch offen, ob AirFryer oder Milchaufschäumer oder Sandwichmaker, es gibt reichlich schönes Geschirr , viele Gläser und viel Besteck, Tempoboxen in Bad und Küche, viele Bücher, eine große gemütliche Sofaecke und bequeme Sessel, im großen Garten findet man viele Sitzmöglichkeiten und eine windgeschützte Loungeecke (da schmeckt der abendliche Drink nochmal so gut) - und die persönliche Betreuung war sehr sympathisch!!!

Wir waren schon öfters in Callantsoog, aber dieses Ferienhaus war das beste. Wir haben uns gleich Zuhause gefühlt, es fehlte an nichts. Der eingezäunte Garten, für unsere Hund ein Traum.
Wir planen schon den nächsten Urlaub in diesem schönen Ferienhaus.Ein großes Lob für die liebevolle Einrichtung.
