Cancellation policy

If a guest cancels a reservation, we will retain the following amount of the total reservation price: Cancellation more than 46 days before arrival – 30% of the total reservation price Cancellation between 45 and 36 days before arrival – 50% of the total reservation price Cancellation between 35 and 16 days before arrival – 80% of the total reservation price Cancellation from the 15th day until the no-show on the day of arrival – 90% of the total reservation price For NO SHOW reservations or cancellations on the day of arrival, 100% of the total price will be charged. If the guest is unable to travel on the reserved date due to force majeure, they may change the travel date once to another available period or change the names of the passengers.
