Holiday destination
The holiday park Strandslag in Julianadorp (Netherlands) is located about 5 km south of Den Helder and the island of Texel. The house is approximately 400 meters behind the white North Sea beach and the dunes. In the holiday park, there is a large playground, mini-golf, trampolines, and a snack bar.
The bungalow park Strandslag offers a large water playground, a soccer field, a mini-golf course, bowling, as well as bike, e-scooter, and pedal kart rental. A swimming pool, tennis court, and golf course are quickly reached by bicycle.
Getting there
The efficient road network in the Netherlands ensures a pleasant journey. We usually take the A3 motorway Oberhausen - Arnhem after the border, then the A12 towards Utrecht, in Utrecht onto the A2 towards Amsterdam. At Amsterdam Schiphol Airport, take the A9 towards Alkmaar, from Alkmaar via the N9 to Julianadorp Zuid, there until the road at the dunes.

Trotz des Feiertags (Christi Himmelfahrt) war die Ferienanlage nicht komplett ausgebucht, so dass wir die Ruhe des etwas abseits der Hauptwege gelegenen Ferienhauses genießen konnten.
Im Vorfeld wurden wir durch Familie Remmert schon sehr gut über die Anreise und die Wege in der Anlage informiert. Der Parkplatz für´s Auto ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt.
Das Haus hat eine sehr gute Ausstattung. Die Betten/Matratzen sind bequem und in der Küche fehlte es für unseren kurzen Aufenthalt an nichts.
Im Wintergarten kann man auch bei kühlerem oder windigem Wetter gut die Sonne genießen. In den sehr ruhigen Morgen- und Abendstunden konnte man meinen, sogar das Brandungsrauschen der nahen Nordsee zu hören.
Selten haben wir uns in einer Ferienwohnung so wohl gefühlt, wie in diesem Haus.

Ein schönes Ferienhaus, gut ausgestattet. Die Lage im Ferienpark ist super - Spielplatz in Sichtweite, aber auch nicht zu nah. Der Wintergarten ist super wenn es mal doch etwas frischer ist. Das Begrüßungspaket ist ne feine Sache und auch sonst war alles in bester Ordnung. Auch wir kommen gerne wieder!
