Cancellation policy
For cancellations less than 30 weekdays before arrival, the full rental price will be charged.
For cancellations more than 30 weekdays before arrival, 30% of the rental price will be charged.
For cancellations more than 42 days before arrival, the rental price will be refunded in full.
In both cases, the chalet may be re-let by the landlord.

You can hire an electric boat from the marina and explore the lake via Park De Veerstal.
Holiday destination
The house is located in the beautiful Park De Veerstal near Lathum directly on the lake. The park boasts an excellent restaurant, bowling alley, beach, marina with electric boat hire and a small supermarket. There is an indoor and outdoor play area for children.
In summer, the beach area offers free sun loungers and a snack bar. Yoga classes and massages are also offered in the park for a fee. The park reception will provide further details.
Getting there
Take the A3 towards Arnhem and on to Lathum. This is where the Recreatiepark De Veerstal is located. The travel time from the Ruhr area is approx. 1 hour. From Cologne/Bonn approx. 2 hours.

Wir waren das zweite mal im Chalet Seeblick in Lathum.
Es war wieder toll.
Ferienhaus sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet.
Es ist alles vorhanden was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt.
Außenanlage super zum relaxen.
Der See direkt vor der Haustür ist perfekt.
Herr Stauf als Gastgeber ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Bei Fragen genügt ein Anruf.
Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt .
Wir kommen bestimmt noch einmal wieder.

Wir haben unsere Zeit im Chalet Seeblick sehr genossen.
Die Lage das Chalets ist super, direkt am Hundestrand, der Ausblick perfekt für den ersten Kaffee des Tages
Noch nie haben wir in einem Ferienhaus so gut geschlafen.
Auch ist es tadellos sauber gewesen, man konnte sich direkt wohlfühlen.
Es ist alles da was man braucht, besonders das stand up Board hat es unserem Sohn angetan.
Wir kommen gerne einmal wieder in dieses schöne Chalet
