In the event of cancellation of the rental agreement by the tenant(s), the following cancellation costs will be charged:
a. in case of cancellation up to 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: 50% of the rent.
b. in case of cancellation from 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: the full invoice amount.

Wow! We enjoyed the 2 weeks in August '22 last summer. This beautiful house is located in a perfect location in Carvoeiro. The villa has several terraces and a courtyard garden, which makes it very pleasant. You can get together anywhere or retreat separately. Very spacious and luxurious kitchen, beautiful swimming pool with lovely garden equipped with all facilities. Communication is very smooth and pleasant. Recommended!
