Our farm is located in the wine and asparagus village of Terlan in the sunny Adige Valley on the South Tyrolean Wine Road. We have been offering farm holidays for 40 years. Suitable for families with or without children. A covered parking space, as well as a garden, is available. In just a 3-minute walk, you can reach all public infrastructures, such as shops, pharmacy, and transport like bus, train, and bicycle paths. By car or cable car, you can reach the mountains in about 30 minutes. An ideal starting point for hiking, cycling, water enthusiasts, or connoisseurs. Also suitable for winter sports, several ski areas can be reached by car in about an hour.
With the MuseuMobil Card, you can use all public transportation in South Tyrol for free, as well as access museums and some cable cars, and much more.

From Terlan, you can easily reach the spa town of Meran or Bolzano by train or bus. Lake Kaltern or Montiggl, the Botanical Gardens of Trauttmansdorff Castle, MM Museum, the Tschöggelberg, Meran 2000, Tyrol Castle, and much more.
You can easily reach our house by car or public transport. We are happy to pick you up from the train station.

According to Article 1382 of the Italian Civil Code, there is no right of withdrawal as defined by the Italian Consumer Protection Code. However, we grant you a right of withdrawal under the following cancellation conditions in accordance with Article 1382 of the Civil Code. Up to 90 days before the arrival date, the reservation can be cancelled without incurring a cancellation fee. The paid deposit will be refunded. For cancellations by the guest within the period from the 90th to the 30th day before arrival, the deposit will be retained. In case of cancellation less than 30 days before the agreed arrival date, no-show of the guest, late arrival, or early departure of the guest, the fee for the entire booking period is due in full. Please inform us in time if you are unable to take your holiday. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance, and you are welcome to contact us for assistance.
