If at the time of travel there is a travel warning of the highest level for our region or you are not allowed to leave due to lock down conditions in your region, you can cancel the vacation up to one week before arrival. There are no cancellation fees for this. The deposit will be refunded or used for a new date of your choice.
I recommend the conclusion of a travel cancellation insurance, e.g. over the ADAC.

Within walking distance you can find 3 restaurants. with indoor dining and tables directly on the lake.
For mountain hikes and mountain bike tours the hinterland, Pai Sopara, Crero or Monte Baldo is ideal.
In less than 2 hours you can reach Venice by train from Peschiera del Garda. Verona can be reached in one hour by car. For excursions to the other side of the lake we recommend the ferry connection from Torri to Toscolano Maderno.
Getting there
For the arrival by car I recommend in the summer months because of the traffic the highway exit Affi. At night or out of season you can take the beautiful approach via Rovereto along the lake.
For the arrival by train we recommend Peschiera del Garda and from there by bus or cab to the apartment.
By plane the airports of Verona and Milan are the most convenient.

In our apartment, which we rent only max. 6 weeks per year you will surely feel comfortable. Please note that I can only process booking requests with full address, phone number and valid e-mail.

Die Ferienwohnung ist groß und stilvoll eingerichtet. Alle Annehmlichkeiten sind vorhanden. Praktisch für uns als fünfköpfige Familie waren die drei großen Schlafzimmer mit großen, bequemen Doppelbetten sowie die zwei Bäder. Das große Wohn-/Esszimmer bietet viel Platz und die Küche alles was man braucht.
Toll ist der große Balkon mit Blick auf / über den Gardasee und die Dachterrasse, auf der wir viele Morgende gefrühstückt und abends den Tag ausklingen lassen haben. Die zur Wohnung gehörige breite Garage bietet Platz auch für große Autos und z.B. Badeutensilien wie Schlauchboote.
Außergewöhnlich ist die Lage direkt am See. Man muss nur die Panoramastraße überqueren und schon kann man im See schwimmen.
Der Vermieter, Herr Strohdeicher, war immer erreichbar und hatte viele gute Tipps! Vielen Dank!

Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen . Schon im Vorfeld hatten wir ganz tollen Kontakt mit Herrn Dr. Strohdeicher, dieser war super nett und hat uns ganz wertvolle Tipps mitgegeben. Ob es um die Anreise oder den Aufenthalt ging , hat er sich ganz viel Mühe gegeben. Die Wohnung ist super sauber, toll geschnitten und bietet viel Freiraum für die ganze Familie. Wir hatten einigen Schwierigkeiten mit dem wlan, auch das wurde uns im Vorfeld schon mitgeteilt und eine Lösung angeboten . Hier war auch die ständige Kommunikation damit ein Techniker kommt und das Problem löst. Das einzige kleine Manko , mir haben kleine Mülleimer in den Badezimmer gefehlt . Ansonsten war die Wohnung ein Traum mit der herrlichen Dachterasse für die tollen Abende . Vielen Dank noch mal.
