Host's notes
Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation within 2 days after receipt of the booking form and issuance of the reservation without receipt of the deposit, a fee of €30 will be charged.
If canceled up to 90 days before the start of the holiday, a fee equal to the deposit is due.
For cancellations from the 89th day to the 50th day before the start of the holiday, 30% of the total price is due.
For cancellations from the 49th day to the 30th day before the start of the holiday, 50% of the total price is due.
In case of cancellation later than 29 days before the start of the holiday, we will charge 90% of the booked service.
In case of late arrival or early departure, for any reason, we will charge 100% of the booked service.

Holiday destination
The quaint village of Dolcedo is just 6 km away from the sea with its sandy beaches and is widely known for its completely preserved, historical village view. The Maltese Bridge from the 12th century spans in a wide arc over the romantic setting of the river with the old mills and colorful houses. No wonder that this view has become a symbol of the beauty of the Ligurian villages.
The excellent infrastructure of the place not only offers a bank, a pharmacy, a bakery, a butcher shop, and a well-stocked village store with everything necessary for daily needs. Various restaurants and pizzerias have also settled in the picturesque alleys. The village also has very good bus connections to Imperia.
Once a month, an antique market enlivens the picturesque piazza and invites you to browse. In the summer months, classical concerts are performed irregularly on the church square of San Tommaso, the main church of Dolcedo. Perhaps you are lucky and can meet a well-known musician in the small coffee bar over a cappuccino.
Casa del Notaio is the ancestral home of one of the most famous notary families in the area. For many generations, the members of the Famiglia Re have been certifying the transactions entrusted to them. The stately palazzo dominates the tranquil piazza. One can almost see that history and stories were written in this building. Today, the notaries' offices are located in Imperia, and the representative rooms have been converted into 3 holiday apartments.

Die Lage war sehr zentral. Man konnte alle Wege in kurzer Zeit erreichen. Natürlich herrscht bei einer zentralen Lage an einer Piazza auch eine gewisse Lautstärke, insbesondere am Abend. Was uns aber nicht gestört hat.
Die Entfernung zum Meer war mit 6-7 km optimal. Schöne Strände in der Umgebung.
Wir hatten die Fahrräder dabei, ein wahres Eldorado für Fahrradbegeisterte, insbesondere die ausgebaute Fahrradstrecke Richtung Sanremo war unser Highlight. Wir lieben die Gegend.

Die Lage mitten im Ort ist super.
Es gab eine Espresso Kanne.
Die Matratzen waren bequem.
