Deposit of 50% of the rental price upon contract conclusion, remaining payment 30 days before the start of the rental period. In case of travel cancellation up to 1 month before the start of the rental and if the property is re-rented by the landlord, 75% of the deposit will be refunded. Holiday destination
Within about a 10-minute walk, you can reach the wide sandy beach with a Blue Flag.
Tennis courts, bicycle rental, golf and mini-golf, swimming pool, and horseback riding are all in close proximity.
Shopping is also available on Sundays in Julianadorp. Visit Den Helder, Schagen, or Alkmaar (see below).
In Den Helder, the harbor area with "Willemsoord" is a draw, where you can see and experience a lot at the "Marine Museum" or the "Rescue Museum". "Helderse Valley" offers a climbing park. "Fort Kijkduin" is not just interesting for its aquarium.
Animals can also be admired at the "Landgoed Hoenderdaell" near Anna Paulowna.
Take the ferry to Texel, the train to Amsterdam - or simply explore the surrounding area by bike or canoe.

Getting there
Car: From the Ruhr area, it's about a 3-hour drive. Take the A3 motorway towards Emmerich, then in the Netherlands take the A12 towards Arnhem up to Utrecht. Switch to the A2 towards Amsterdam, then A9 towards Schiphol Airport, continue until Alkmaar.
Take the N9 towards Den Helder along the Noord Holland Canal until Julianadorp-Zuid. Follow the signs for "Kustrecreatie" until the dunes, then turn right.
The next turn-off after about 3 km is to the right towards Julianadorp. Manager Komen 5th house on the left side. That's where you'll get the key.
Note: The GPS might also take you around Amsterdam differently, but due to construction sites and risk of traffic jams - it's better to enter the fastest route.
Train: Take the train to Den Helder (Zuid or Centraal) - Taxi to De Zandloper about 8 km.

Wir waren über das Himmelfahrts-Wochenende als 3 Freundinnen im Goldspatz. Der Verwalter und die Vermieterin sind sehr freundlich.
Der Goldspatz ist liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Bei der Ausstattung fehlte es uns an nichts.
Der Weg zum Strand ist nah.
Wir hatten ein tolles Wochenende mit sehr viel Spaß und schönem Wetter.

Wir waren Anfang August für 2 Wochen hier zu Gast. Und wir werden wieder kommen. Das Haus ist echt toll. Haben schon öfter im Zandloper-Park Urlaub gemacht, aber so zu Hause haben wir uns noch nie gefühlt. Alles ist da, sogar eine Waschmaschine mit Trockner. Das Stockbett und das Boxspring-Bett sind auch top. Die Einzelbetten haben wir gar nicht benötigt. Das Bad ist sehr schön renoviert und die Regendusche ist sehr angenehm. In der Küche hat uns nur ein Backofen und ein kleines Gefrierfach gefehlt, aber für 2 Wochen Urlaub geht das schon mal. Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben!
