From 2020 CHANGE DAY FRIDAY A lovely charming & quot; log house & quot; on Fanø, which was beautifully renovated in 2005 with kitchen and bath. Energy-efficient with air conditioning / heat pump, bright and friendly furnished with both entrance and a large backyard with space for outerwear and rubber boots, 3 good bedrooms, a nice bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen with access to dining and a cozy living room with direct access to a good screened terrace , where the sun can be enjoyed all day. Large overgrown natural plot with space for play. Dinner can be enjoyed by the large outdoor fixed barbecue with cozy bench. The cottage is located in a quiet area at the end of a cul de sac. Lovely cottages on Fanø on the West Coast! Free final cleaning!

Die pauschalierten Ansprüche auf Rücktrittsgebühren betragen in der Regel bei Rücktritt des Kunden:

Bis zum 60. Tag vor der Anreise 25 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.

Ab dem 59. bis 35. Tag vor der Anreise 50 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.

Ab dem 34. Tag bis zum 1. Tag vor der Anreise 80 % des Preises.

Am Anreisetag oder bei Nichterscheinen 100 % des Preises.
