Well located cottage with a view of Ferring Lake, only approx. 150 meters from the lake. The house is energy-friendly with a heat pump and thus the possibility of lower consumption. The cottage is practically furnished with a combined living room / kitchen. The living room has comfortable furniture, free internet, flat screen TV with Danish channels including TV2 and various. foreign channels including ZDF. In addition, there is Chromecast, so you can stream your own TV services. There is a wood stove for a cool summer evening or an autumn evening with rain and debris. Open kitchen with i.a. ceramic hob, dishwasher and microwave. Bathroom with bathing area, shower and washing machine. There is direct access from the living room and entrance / hallway to the house's two terraces, both overlooking Ferring Lake, where you can enjoy dinner while the sun goes down over the water. Bei Berechnungen des Ersatzes sind gewöhnlich ersparte Aufwendungen und die gewöhnlich mögliche anderweitige Verwendung der Leistung zu berücksichtigen. Es bleibt dem Kunden unbenommen, den Nachweis zu führen, dass im Zusammenhang mit dem Rücktritt oder Nichtantritt des Ferienhausaufenthaltes DC kein oder ein wesentlich geringerer Schaden entstanden ist, als die von DC in der Pauschale (siehe unten) ausgewiesenen Kosten. Die pauschalierten Ansprüche auf Rücktrittsgebühren betragen in der Regel bei Rücktritt des Kunden:
Bis zum 60. Tag vor der Anreise 25 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 59. bis 35. Tag vor der Anreise 50 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 34. Tag bis zum 1. Tag vor der Anreise 80 % des Preises.
Am Anreisetag oder bei Nichterscheinen 100 % des Preises.
