Large and nice bright cottage located in quiet surroundings in Jegum Ferieland. The lovely cottage is kept in bright colors continuously modernized. The house contains a large kitchen / living room and living room in open connection, so you are together whether you are in charge of cooking, enjoying games at the dining table or watching TV on the couch. It is also here that the stove is located and helps to create coziness in the room. The large window facing the terrace, which is also accessible, provides an incredible amount of light into the room, so there is always really good light. The house contains 3 nice bedrooms and a loft with mattresses for 2 people. Furthermore, you will find 2 lovely bathrooms, one of which has a spa and sauna. The large terrace which is located with access from the living room invites to cosiness and relaxation. The house is located on a large plot which also invites to play and games. A really nice house for the large family or 2 families who want to spend a holiday together.

Bei Berechnungen des Ersatzes sind gewöhnlich ersparte Aufwendungen und die gewöhnlich mögliche anderweitige Verwendung der Leistung zu berücksichtigen. Es bleibt dem Kunden unbenommen, den Nachweis zu führen, dass im Zusammenhang mit dem Rücktritt oder Nichtantritt des Ferienhausaufenthaltes DC kein oder ein wesentlich geringerer Schaden entstanden ist, als die von DC in der Pauschale (siehe unten) ausgewiesenen Kosten. Die pauschalierten Ansprüche auf Rücktrittsgebühren betragen in der Regel bei Rücktritt des Kunden:

Bis zum 60. Tag vor der Anreise 25 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.

Ab dem 59. bis 35. Tag vor der Anreise 50 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.

Ab dem 34. Tag bis zum 1. Tag vor der Anreise 80 % des Preises.

Am Anreisetag oder bei Nichterscheinen 100 % des Preises.
