Haus und Küche sind mangelhaft ausgestattet. Terrasse rund um den Pool zu gefährlich zum Betreten. Alle Fliesen sind lose und viele Fliesen sind zerbrochen. Draußen essen sei keine Option, der Besitzer habe keine Gartenmöbel, man könne den Tisch von drinnen nach draußen schleppen, heißt es. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist schlecht.
