Your host is a passionate sailor and will be happy to arrange some tours for you on lake Schweriner See. It is a special experience to see the fairytale Schweriner castle from the lakeside! The nearby woods are perfect for collection mushrooms. You can also purchase some calligraphic valuables from your host.
Holiday destination
The holiday apartment is the perfect spot for sport or cultural events. It only takes 30 minutes by car to reach the state capital Schwerin or the city of Wismar, 45 minutes to reach Rostock. The different Baltic Sea resorts are approx. 50 minutes from here, lake Müritz only 1 hour. There is good connection to Autobahn A14 and A20 (15 minutes). Nature reserve Sternberger Seenland whose landscape is deeply intended by Warnow river and numerous clean lakes, picturesque hills, extended woods, historical highlights such as the Archaeological Outdoor Museum Groß Raden, is perfectly suited for hikes, cycling and canoeing. You can also discover many old rectories and manor houses with lovely gardens in this area.
Getting there
Autobahn A 14 to exit Schwerin Nord (Cambs), then towards Sternber until Brüel, in Brüel follow the signs for Wismar. The next town is Blankenberg, turn left into "Dorfstraße". Autobahn A 20 up to exit Zurow/Sternberg, continue on B192 to Blankenberg, then turn right behind the railway embankment (approx. 200 m) into "Dorfstraße".

Eine Ferienwohnung zum Wohlfühlen. Liebevoll eingerichtet und super ausgestattet. Der See ist zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar und es ist eine Freude darin zu schwimmen. Die vorhandenen Fahrräder ermöglichen schöne Touren in der Umgebung. Ein schöner großer Garten lädt zum Entspannen ein und der Kräutergarten vervollständigte unser Essen. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Liebevolle eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Alles super sauber. Küche hervorragend ausgestattet!! 5 Sterne in jedem Punkt berechtigt. Vermieter sehr nett und man fühlt sich willkommen.
