Cross-country skiing and hiking trails are directly accessible from the Chalet. The bus stop to the hiking and ski resort Winklmoos and to the mountain cross-country skiing area Hemmersuppenalm is only a stone's throw from the Chalet.

Host informationWe run our guest houses with vacation apartments since almost fifty years and in second generation. They lie in Reit im Winkl within the beautiful Chiemgau, only a couple of minutes by foot from the village center.

Sehr sympathische Vermieter die auch hilfreiche Tipps für Ausflüge und Einkehr bereit hatten. Die Ferienwohnung 6 ist sehr geräumig,schön eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Das Highlight ist die Doppelwärmekabine im großen Bad, dort konnte nach anstrengenden Wanderungen herrlich entspannt werden. Die Lage der Wohnung etwas außerhalb vom Ortskern, jedoch fußläufig alles erreichbar. Bushaltestelle dirket am Haus. Einzig der Lärm vorbeifahrender Autos stört etwas die Ruhe auf dem großen Eckbalkon bzw bei geöffneten Fenstern.

Wir sind schon zum zweiten Mal (2 Erwachsene + 1 Kind )in der Ferienwohnung, weil wir uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, gemütlich und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Insbesondere die Infrotkabine ist einmalig zum Entspannen. Fam. Schwemmbauer ist sehr gastfreundlich und man spürt im gesamten Aufenthalt, dass sie ihre Arbeit einfach sehr gerne machen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist einfach optimal: sie ist ca. 500m von der Dorfmitte entfernt , man kan direkt in die Berge wandern, es gibt sehr viele Angebote für Kinder/Erwachsene und v.a. ist es nicht so TOURISTISCH überlaufen wie der Rest des Chiemgaus. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.
