Objekt zur Übergabe nur grob gereinigt. Müll der Vornutzer noch im Haus und Spülmaschine nicht ausgeräumt. Keine Nutzungs-/Bedienungsanweisungen vorhanden. Dass die Nebentür nicht abgeschlossen war, haben wir erst nach zwei Tagen bemerkt.
