The finca is suitable for up to 8 people plus baby. It offers 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms of which 3 in suite and one separate. In all bedrooms there is air conditioning. It offers an ideal place to stay, for example, to spend a vacation near our loved ones who are in this Academy just on site. For families with children this finca is also ideal, lawn and garden to play, private pool and even a ping pong table is available. In Es Collet there are 4 bedrooms each with air conditioning and also 4 bathrooms in the house three of them in suite and one separate. Another toilet can be found in the outdoor area next to the pool and outdoor shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need in your Ulraub like coffee maker, kettle, stove, oven, crockery, microwave etc. The finca was renovated only 2020 once again and therefore everything is in top condition. The outdoor area offers plenty of space to relax with many different sitting areas in the shade and of course the private pool to refresh yourself. Our Finca Villa Es Collet is located outside Manacor, it is just 5 minutes by car in front of the famous RAFAEL NADAL ACADEMY away, so for families who want to visit your children or relatives there TOP! The nearest supermarkets such as Lidl, Müller, Aldi, Hipercentro, and also Mercadona can be reached in 5-8 minutes drive. Bars and restaurants are also just 1km away. The nearest beach would be in Porto Cristo or then Portocolom (everything in between of course) so about 13min drive.
